Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Infus app (“the Service”) provided by ULTRA SMOOTH STUDIO SRL (“we”, “us”). By installing Infus on a Shopify store you agree to them on behalf of the merchant that owns the store.

The Service

This app connects a Shopify store to a brand account on the Infus platform (infus.app) so that the merchant can write campaign briefs, publish them to Infus and see the proposals creators send back, without leaving the Shopify admin. It reads the store's product catalogue so a brief can be pre-filled from a product; it does not change anything in the store.

Hiring a creator, paying them and approving their work all happen on Infus, under the Infus terms you accepted when you created that account. This app is a window onto it, not a separate marketplace.

Your responsibilities

  • You need your own Infus brand account. Connecting the store links it to that account, and anyone with access to this store's Shopify admin can then publish campaigns as that brand.
  • What you write in a brief is published to creators. Do not put anything confidential in it.
  • You are responsible for the legality of the campaigns you run, including advertising-disclosure rules in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of the creators you hire.
  • You must comply with Shopify's terms and policies while using the Service.

Fees

The app is free and there is no subscription. Amounts you agree to pay creators, and any platform fee on those, are handled by Infus and shown to you there before you accept a proposal.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If it is unavailable, campaigns already published continue to run on Infus and can be managed at infus.app. Support is provided by email at office@albustudio.com.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including the outcome of any campaign or the conduct of any creator. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose — which, for a free app, is nil.

Termination

You may stop using Infus at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the Service, with notice where practical. On uninstall, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the courts of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or merchant protections that apply where you are based.
